Ref Warehouse is located in Melbourne, Australia and ships to all areas of Australia and New Zealand.

We do not ship internationally, however for larger teamwear orders please contact us to arrange a quote.

We do not currently offer customer pickup from our warehouse.

Orders typically ship within 0-5 business days from date of payment for all stocked items, however this may be longer during busy periods. Orders will be collated into a single shipment when all items are in stock or become in stock, unless otherwise communicated. This also applies to any orders that contain a 'pre-ordered' item, unless the customer specifically requests and pays for two-part shipping.

Please note: our stock levels change daily and may have incoming inventory at the time of ordering.

We encourage customers to advise us if they have a particularly urgent order that requires special processing.

Our customer service team will respond to delivery enquiries as best as possible. However, we are sports officials too and don't tolerate abuse or rudeness from customers who demand shipping status or are unreasonable with their fulfilment expectations. Every customer is equal and our warehouse and customer operations perform as quickly as possible to avoid delays.

Please make sure all customer shipping details are correct as we cannot redirect any orders once they have been dispatched. All parcels are sent via the terms and conditions of the carrier and may require a signature upon delivery. In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers including Australia Post may leave a parcel collection card or instruction for arranging redelivery.

Note: based on our shipping service, orders placed after 2pm AEST may be fulfilled but actual postage transit may not commence until the next day.

Any complaint concerning damage, short delivery, loss in transit or defect must be made within 10 working days of the Customer receipt of the invoice for that delivery, or the receipt of the goods, whichever occurs later. If the complaint is not made within that time, the buyers loses any rights in respect of the complaint.

We have the discretion to repair of replace any goods the subject of a complaint or to refund or credit the portion of the purchase price.

Domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post eParcel service.
SHIPPING (New Zealand & *International)

New Zealand orders will be sent via Australia Post Standard International Mail (all prices in AUD). Shipping time: 6+ business days
