Please read the below information on how we handle requests for returns and exchanges. When you're ready, you will be able to start the process using our Returns Portal.

EXCHANGES and RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (ie: in original packaging with tags still attached). 

Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the returned goods to process. During busy times this can take longer and there is no method of prioritising or expediting this function.

Note: due to hygiene reasons we do not provide returns or exchanges for:

  • whistles
  • socks
  • water bottles
  • compression or under-garments (including internal belts)

EXCHANGES and RETURNS SHIPPING COSTS

In the event an exchange/refund is requested, buyers will be responsible for paying the return and re-delivery shipping costs. Re-delivery shipping costs will be charged to the buyer and must be paid prior to the exchange goods being re-shipped. Original shipping costs are non­-refundable. In the event that the item is deemed faulty, we will pay both the returns and the re-delivery shipping costs.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN/EXCHANGE

  1. Please review our returns policy to ensure you are eligible for a return/exchange
  2. Submit a return/exchange request here and await approval
  3. Following approval of the request from our team, you will receive instructions on how to return your items back to us.
  4. Once we have received your goods our team will inspect them. Please allow up to 14 days for this process to occur.
  5. Once validated, your request will be refunded or exchanged.
