You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (ie: in original packaging with tags still attached).
Note: we do not provide returns or exchanges for whistles or compression items due to hygenic reasons, unless defective.

Once you have sent back the item we will inspect it and inform you on the status of a refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to review and process the return, which is dependent on busy times of the year. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
EXCHANGES and RETURNS SHIPPING COSTS
In the event an exchange/refund is requested, buyers will be responsible for paying the return and re-delivery shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the event that the item is deemed faulty, we will pay both the returns and the re-delivery shipping costs.
Buyers are welcome to enclose a prepaid self-addressed Australia Post satchel accompanying their returning goods for us to re-ship (in the event an exchange is being requested).
